  • An extremely low birth weight and premature baby (27 weeks and 870 gms) was discharges after 79 days of admission. The baby needed intensive monitoring, ventilation, total parental nutrition. Baby’s weight had come down to 625 gms, but weight on discharge was 1725 gms. Baby is now doing fine and is on follow up.
  • We have successfully ventilated 14 babies in the past 6 months.
  • Successfully managed extremely low birth weight babies in the NICU including one who was 650 gms.
  • Three neonatal surgeries have been done in the past 6 months.
  • In the last 6 months 136 babies have been born and added to a growing Paras Family.
