This is to appreciate you and all members of staff of PARAS HOSITAL , I came in contact with during my stay at the HOSPITAL, you all are wonderful people. May God reward your labour of love.

Right from the Airport I was treated like a Royal Princess.I received the best medical Treatment of my life at PARAS HOSPITAL. I give my testimony/experience here below.

PARAS HOSPITAL is HOME AWAY FROM HOME, where you get full attention for all your needs, both medical and otherwise. YOU GET VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY.The facilities at PARAS are of world standard and are many, name it ,when it comes to medical facilities PARAS has it all.

Staff are courteous, warm reception from all, including the security guards/kitchen staff. At a dail of the room bell you see two or more coming to give you the required attention, you do not need to press the bell twice, even when you do not press the bell, you see either the nurses/sisters, the AAYA, sister - in-charge all coming at different intervals to check on you and ask if one is alright. The sister - in charge during my stay- sister Magaret, is just too caring. she is always there for one.The Ditiecian, even when she was called very late in the night for my request, she attanded to me.

As an in- patient , you are not allowed to walk on your own for any test one is to undergo, you are wheeled for whatever test you want to undergo. PARAS, is where you are PAMPARED as a patient.

The nurses,always smiling and zealous on the job, one can see this in them. They are all happy doing their job. The cleaners/"aaya"/kitchen staff all wear smilling faces.

Maintanance culture at PARAS HOSPITAL is excellent. Maintanance staff go round all the time to ensure that all appliances are functioning. The rooms are cleaned/mopped at least two to three times in a day.

Meals are served on time, even before you get up from the bed.PARAS do not force meals on one, you choose your meals. One can never go hungry as in- between meals are served about four times in a day.The nurses are prompt in giving medication.

The "Aaya" , another set of workers Ilove, though communication in English is difficult for most of them, they are always ready to assit you do all "sorts". They never shy away from resonsibilities.

For total Health care I will recommend PARAS to anyone who can afford it. I am suggesting to PARAS HOSPITAL to go for ISO AWARD. The hospital deserve this.

I also have a suggestion for PARAS HOSPITAL, PARAS should include Africa dishes in their meals, this will be optional anyway at the request of the patient. This is necessary as PARAS is an International Hospital. meals like, chiken,fish, pulses(beans)should be served to African in- patient.
