Will the portal contain my entire medical record?
The portal will only show records for last one month. You can request for earlier records too. To request the same send the email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also call at the given locations and ask the call centre to connect you to the IT department for assistance. Please note that the IT Department may ask you a number of personal details to cross check your identity. Please bear with us!

Can I access the portal on all my electronic devices?
Yes, the portal is mobile-optimized, so you can easily navigate through it on all of your devices. There will be an app available later in this year for downloading the patient reports that can make it easier to access from your devices. There is no charge for the app download. You shall be duly intimated about the app launch.
How do I sign up for an account?
At the time of registration you will receive an SMS/email stating your unique userid and password to your contact number. Please use the same to sign in and access your records. This userid and password is unique for every registered patient.
Will you sell or share my email address with third-party advertisers or spammers?
Your contact information is safe with us. Neither Paras Hospitals nor our software vendor, will EVER sell your email address or other information to any outside parties. You might receive important information about your medication, test reports and health information from us.
What do I need to have on my computer to use the portal?

Can my spouse and I use the same email address to request our invitation?
Yes, you can use the same email for your patient portal invitations, but you will need to create separate accounts with unique usernames and passwords.
What lab results can I view in the portal?
You can view all of your lab results. Results will be available on the portal approximately three days after they are verified by your provider’s office. Note that while radiology reports will be viewable, actual images cannot be viewed.
