Gynecologic Oncology a specialized field of medicine that deals with the treatment of cancers in the female reproductive system, such as cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, vaginal cancer and vulvar cancer. There are many approaches used for treating cancers in the female reproductive system. These include radiation therapy, chemotherapy, surgery, targeted therapy, etc.

Gynecologic oncologists are physicians who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in female reproductive organs.   • Deliver high-quality care to the patients.
  • Help maintain the overall health of the patient by incorporating nutritional aspects and blood transfusions into a treatment plan, if need be.
