Bad breath is also known as HALITOSIS. It can be defined as an unpleasant or foul smell coming from the mouth.   1. RINSE YOUR MOUTH
  • Mouthwash can be used to remove bacteria, a fresh minty taste can make you feel good.
  • Scrape your tongue-Gently brush your tongue either with the toothbrush or tongue scraper.
  • Avoid strongly flavored foods such as garlic, onions, and spices which are likely to make your breath smell
  1. SMOKING
  • Smoking causes bad breath.
  • Apart from bad breath, it cause stains on your teeth, irritates your gums and reduces your senses of taste
  • Quitting will lower your risk of gum diseases and prevent bad breath
  1. KEEP YOUR GUMS HEALTHY
  • Gum disease causes bad breath
  • To maintain healthy gums, brushing and flossing is very necessary.
  1. MOISTEN YOUR MOUTH
  • If your mouth is dry, drink plenty of water to avoid the bad smell
  • Chew sugarless chew gum or eat sugar-free candy
