Physical manifestations include body aches, headaches, and skin rashes. Viral fever occurs at any age group. The only cure is symptomatic treatment and few are known to be highly contagious. Most varieties are not dangerous but some progress rather rapidly, causing them to have fatal results eventually.

Aspects associated with Viral Fever Prevention:

  • Few of the viral infections can be spread sexually or by direct inoculation into the bloodstream. Prevention may be difficult since viral fevers generally occur as epidemics of infection which depends on how the virus spread.
  • Few vaccines aim to prevent gastrointestinal and respiratory viruses but you can’t expect them to work as expected all the time, and you can’t prevent infection with just one vaccine.
  • Viral infections are quite similar when seasons change. It is important that you are aware of this and take good care of your baby’s health during these times.
  • Viral fever can affect anyone but children and old people are more susceptible to it due to lowered immunity. The condition is also quite common during the winter months.

  • Wash your hands before eating
  • Avoid eating street food
