No single food is guaranteed to keep you cancer-free, changing your diet to include more of these foods that can help fight breast cancer. A wide range  variety of fruits and vegetables like:

  • Foods highly rich in fiber, like  as whole grains, beans, and legumes
  • Dairy products
  • Soybean products
  • Foods rich in vitamin D
  • Nuts
  • Eggs
  • Lean Meats

Along with their other advantages , fruits and vegetables are  highly good source  in flavonoids and carotenoids, which are interrelated  to a host of medical benefits. Research  has found the list of fruits and vegetables to be good for preventing breast cancer are: Dark, green, leafy vegetables, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, citrus, fruit, carrots, broccoli,banana, onions, apples, pears, peaches, strawberries.

Dietary fiber- Breast cancer is currently inconclusive  several studies suggest that it can help protect versus the disease. Whole grains and legumes also involved  antioxidants, which can help to prevent several types diseases. Eating more fiber rich legumes, like  as lentils, has also been linked with a less risk of breast cancer.

Fat– Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats have been known as  the  best good fats. They are situated  in olive oil, avocados, seeds, and nuts.Tablets like omega-3 fatty acids, found in cold water fish like as salmon and herring, have been linked to a reduced risk of breast cancer.

Soy – Soy  is extremely highly  good  source  rich in protein, healthy fat, vitamins, and minerals, but low in carbohydrates. In addition  to reducing the risk of breast cancer soy is also good  to less  low density lipoprotein and bad cholesterol, and lower the risk of heart disease. Soy is situated  in foods like as:-

  • Tofu
  • Tempeh
  • Edamame
  • Soy milk
  • Soy nuts
