Usually, you can get rid of this issue if you stop shaving the unwanted hair. However, this may not be possible for all. Your doctor can suggest you some steroid medicine that you can rub on the surface area of your skin where you have this issue. Apart from that removal of dead skin cells can also be a way to get rid of severe ingrown hairs on the skin.
