The main duty of this gland is to produce digestive juices as well as hormones that easily regulate blood sugar in your body.
Exocrine pancreas cells are known for producing the digestive juice, and most of the pancreatic cancers are developed in these cells. In general, males are more affected by this cancer than females.

Long-standing diabetes can cause this as well.
