There are few ways in which you can reduce stress such as socialising or spending quality time with family and friends or taking help of people who are around you to get some rid of daily activity stress.
There are other few ways which can help you to manage your stress like light exercises, medications, relaxation and yoga. Schedule your rest time and discuss your work plan with your employer during pregnancy can also help you to reduce your stress.
When you cannot overcome your stress and it has become overwhelming you should talk to your gynaecologist, who can further refer you to a psychologist to help you to get out of stress in your life.
