Hot Compress: You can use a warm towel or a hot water bag to calm your chest. It can make your body warm providing you relief.
Dietary Supplements: Opt for a diet that is high in fiber content. Drink natural juices and eat whole grains. This type of diet increases your immunity level and helps you keep the chest infections at bay.
Garlic Syrup: Equal number of white onions and garlic cloves with some honey can be chopped and put into a container for overnight. Consume this syrup at regular intervals with some warm water to ease chest infection
