How can I keep my Child’s Liver healthy?

The liver is like a chemical factory within our bodies that is responsible for breaking down chemicals and toxins that enter our bloodstream. As children grow older, they require a well-rounded diet to develop properly. We can’t always keep an eye on them, but we can influence their eating habits more than anyone else. Liver disease is a diet and lifestyle oriented issue. The liver disease symptoms include sudden loss of appetite, pain in the upper right abdominal area, lethargy and acidity.

Natural Juicing

Ditch commercially available juices for homemade fresh extracts that are rich in essential vitamins and minerals. Playing

With so many things to look after, it is but natural that it is also prone to malfunction just like any other machine.
