Monsoon is the season where people are tempted to eat spicy and oily foods, but this is one season when we need to be most cautious with our diet. Monsoon is the season when we feel lazy and having fruits rich in natural sugar can help energise us. Humidity in air slows down digestion and may even lead to digestive disorders.
