Yoga is a mindfulness technique that involves breathing and physical poses. Yoga has the ability to increase mind-body awareness, promote physical movements.

Some benefits of yoga for women-

  • Menstruation– Majority of women experience mood swings, fatigue, abdominal cramps and breast tenderness prior to the cycle. A regular yoga programmed helps to calm mind and provides relaxation; this will increase the blood circulation to the reproductive system and minimize the physical adverse effect.
  • Yoga during pregnancy– prenatal yoga has been associated with reducing the risk of infertility, reduce depression, reduce anxiety and decrease the rate of miscarriage and it will result in a healthy pregnancy.
