Regular exercise is very helpful to improve your quality of life as well as your health. It also helps to reduce the risk of developing several diseases like diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease. A minimum 30 minute of moderate intensity exercise each day will help to cope up the several diseases and improve health conditions.

Importance of Pre-Exercise Screening

Pre-exercise screening is very important for those persons who want to start a regular exercise programme.It is used to identify people with medical conditions that may put them at a higher risk of health problems during physical activity/ regular exercise.

Some Guidelines For Physical Activity/Regular Exercises

  • If you currently do no regular exercise, you can start by doing some exercises and then gradually build up this.
  • Be active. Force your body to be active.
  • Always start with low – moderate-high intensity exercise.
  • At least twice a week you should do muscles strengthening activities

  • In general, people who are fit have less anxiety, depression and stress than people who are not active.
