Gurgaon, 09th March 2018: In another unique initiative, Paras Healthcare organized today an orientation program for the students of Villanova University, USA. The leading multi-specialty healthcare provider addressed executive MBA students from the Philadelphia-based university on the topic of Social impact & Healthcare.
The sessions were conducted by Dr. Dharminder Nagar, Managing Director, Paras Healthcare, and Dr. Kapil Mohan, AGM Transformation, Paras Healthcare who made the students aware on various topics ranging from the Indian healthcare ecosystem to the advantages of medical tourism in India.

During the session, Dr. Kapil Mohan, AGM-Transformation, discussed upon Indian healthcare ecosystems, trends and infrastructure of healthcare in India, challenges faced by the industry and existing opportunities, foreign direct investment, and emerging and existing risks that the Industry faces. On the occasion, he also emphasized upon various social determinants of healthcare and their impacts, medical tourism as a business advantage, market and industry environment, government policies, and many such aspects of India being a major country hosting medical tourists.
