One has to be sure of the following points before going in for a run:
- Warm up your body by jumping and stretching first for about 10 minutes
- Wear well fitting shoes and tie your laces
- Wear loose fitting clothes of breathable material
- Stop if you experience a cramp or muscle pull
- Don’t start running in full tempo. Increase your pace gradually.
- Last if you lose, accept failures, learn from them, to succeed later!”
