About Dr. Shreyas Sarvesh
Dr. Shreyas Sarvesh is a dedicated and experienced Hepatologist/Gastroenterologist with over 3 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of Gastro, liver and biliary disorders. He holds an MBBS degree, MD & DNB in Internal Medicine, and a DM in Hepatology from the prestigious ILBS New Delhi. In addition, he has completed a Fellowship in Bariatric Endoscopy, further strengthening his expertise in advanced endoscopic weight-loss procedures. Dr. Shreyas is committed to providing comprehensive Gastro, liver care with a patient-centered approach. His areas of specialization include the management of liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, Metabolic syndrome & Obesity , metabolic liver disease, and other complex hepatobiliary conditions. He also has a strong clinical interest in liver transplant medicine, including transplant evaluation, pre-transplant optimization, and post-transplant care.
He has a particular interest in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures such as ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) and EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound), along with various therapeutic endoscopic interventions. Dr. Shreyas is also experienced in the management of obesity-related health conditions and offers non-surgical weight loss procedures. His expertise includes intragastrical balloon placement and endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty, minimally invasive endoscopic techniques that help patients achieve effective and sustainable weight loss without surgery.
Recognized for his contributions to hepatology, Dr. Shreyas has Presented his Presentation in ASIA PACIFIC ASSOCIATION for Study of Liver ( APASL)2026 , He has multiple International Presentations and continues to be actively involved in clinical research . He remains passionate about advancing Gastro , Hepatology and metabolic health care through innovation, education, and evidence-based practice
Dr. Shreyas has performed more than 500 procedures, including endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and EUS, and specializes in managing a wide spectrum of Gastro, hepatobiliary conditions including alcohol-related liver failure, liver cancer, and advanced liver disease.
