About Dr. Saad Anwar

Dr. Saad Anwar is a senior consultant- G.I. and HPB surgery at Paras Health, Kanpur. He is a highly accomplished Surgical Gastroenterologist with specialized expertise in gastrointestinal (GI) and hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) cancer surgeries. Having trained at some of India’s most prestigious medical institutions, he brings extensive experience in managing complex GI and HPB diseases using both open and advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques. Driven by a consistent interest in research, he has authored book chapters and published several research articles across nationally and internationally indexed journals. With a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care, he focuses on delivering precise, comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient’s condition.
