Paras Health Panchkula proudly hosted the Midterm ESICON 2025, organized under the aegis of the Endocrine Society of India, in Chandigarh. The prestigious event brought together over 500 medical professionals, researchers, and experts from across India to discuss the latest developments in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes.
The conference was graced by Dr. Dharminder Nagar, Managing Director, Paras Health, who attended as the Chief Guest. He was warmly welcomed by Lt Gen (Dr) Narendra Kotwal, AVSM, SM, VSM, Chairperson of the Organising Committee, Director – Endocrinology at Paras Health Panchkula, and President of the Endocrine Society of India.
During his keynote address, Dr. Nagar emphasized the growing importance of holistic and patient-centric care in treating endocrine and metabolic disorders. He highlighted the need for healthcare providers to adopt comprehensive approaches that focus on both the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Dr. Nagar also officially launched the annual publication of the Endocrine Society of India and honored winners of the scientific poster presentations, recognizing the contributions of young researchers and doctors.
In his welcome speech, Dr. Kotwal spoke about the rising role of precision medicine in modern healthcare and how it is transforming the way endocrine disorders are managed. He also highlighted the Endocrine Society of India’s continuous efforts in education, capacity building, and addressing key national healthcare challenges. The Midterm ESICON 2025 served as a powerful platform to share practical clinical insights, new research, and cutting-edge advancements in endocrinology.
