About Dr. Tabish Maqbool

Dr. Tabish Maqbool is a skilled ENT and Head & Neck Surgeon with comprehensive training and experience in managing a wide spectrum of otolaryngological disorders. She completed her MBBS from Government Medical College, Jammu, followed by postgraduate training (MS ENT) from Government Medical College, Srinagar. She has worked as a Registrar at SKIMS Soura in the Department of Head & Neck Oncology, as well as at SKIMS Medical College and Government Medical College Srinagar in the Department of ENT & Head and Neck Surgery, where she gained extensive exposure to both routine and complex ENT cases.

Following her registrarship, she has worked as a Consultant ENT Surgeon at reputed institutions including Ujala Cygnus Group of Hospitals, Medicare, and Amandeep Hospital, further enhancing her clinical and surgical expertise. She further refined her clinical skills through an observership at KKR ENT Hospital, Chennai, where she was exposed to advanced ENT and skull base procedures

Dr. Tabish has independently performed a wide range of ENT surgical procedures, including septoplasty, tympanoplasty, Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), and thyroid surgeries. She is experienced in the comprehensive surgical and medical management of ENT and head & neck conditions..

She has also completed a certified course in Vertigo Management, with a special interest in diagnosing and treating balance disorders.

An academically inclined clinician, Dr. Tabish also has multiple national and international publications to her credit. She is also an Author of book Clinical Insights in Otorhinolaryngology: Diagnosis and Management of ENT Emergencies and Infections, a clinically oriented guide focusing on emergency and infectious ENT conditions
