Dr. MOHD YAQOOB BHAT

Dr. Mohd Yaqoob Bhat is a General and Advanced Laparoscopic Gastrointestinal Surgery, with a specialized focus on Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Surgery, Hernia Repair, and Bariatric Surgery,currently practicing at Paras Hospital, Srinagar.

Dr. Bhat completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from the prestigious Government Medical College (GMC), Srinagar. He further honed his expertise by working in the departments of Surgical Gastroenterology and Surgical Oncology at the Super Speciality Hospital, Srinagar. Committed to continuous professional development, he pursued and completed a Fellowship of National Board (FNB) in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery from GMC, Srinagar.

With extensive experience in both basic and advanced laparoscopic procedures, Dr. Bhat is recognized for his surgical precision and patient-centric approach. His clinical interests include minimally invasive surgeries for gastrointestinal diseases, complex hernia repairs, and metabolic and bariatric interventions.
