Ans- But having Vitamin C (500 mg/day), vitamin D(10,000 IU/day of vitamin D3 for 10 days) and zinc is known to help in boosting our immune system. Multivitamins can be added. But the best method is to get these vitamins from our fruits and vegetables.

Ans- Sedentary life style (Sitting all day long) is one of the worst health-related habits you can have. Sitting for ≥10 hours a day has been associated with an estimated 34% higher mortality risk. Try to get up and move for five minutes every half an hour.

Q 5)How much sleep is good?

Ans- 7-8 hours of sleep is must for an average adult and Quality of sleep is equally important than the duration.
