Dr. Ruchika Agarwal is a Senior Consultant and experienced Cataract and Glaucoma Specialist with over 17 years of clinical expertise. She holds an MBBS and MS, along with a fellowship in Cataract IOL Surgery, and is an alumnus of Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi.

Dr. Agarwal has been actively involved in academics and professional forums, serving as Secretary of the Kanpur Ophthalmic Society (2022–23) and delivering faculty talks at leading conferences such as IIRSI, AIOS, and DOS. She has also contributed to several research publications in reputed national and international journals.
