Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Thakur has over 30 years of experience in the field of Internal Medicine and Diabetology. He has been associated with several reputed institutions, including RIMS, Ranchi; Bokaro General Hospital, Bokaro Steel City; Medanta Hospital, Ranchi; Medica Hospital, Ranchi; and most recently Manipal Hospitals, Ranchi, where he served as Director – Internal Medicine.

Dr. Thakur is among the few doctors in India to hold the MRCP (UK) qualification, which is regarded as one of the highest and most prestigious international qualifications in Internal Medicine. He also holds full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC), UK, the regulatory authority for doctors in the United Kingdom, equivalent to the NMC (formerly MCI) in India. He brings more than 20 years of postgraduate teaching experience in DNB (General Medicine), having served at Bokaro General Hospital in various leadership roles including Specialist, Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Senior Deputy Director in the Department of Internal Medicine.
