About Dr. Muzzamil Ahmad Andrabi

Dr. Muzzamil A. Andrabi is a highly trained Nephrologist with extensive expertise in internal medicine and advanced nephrology care. He completed his DM in Nephrology from the prestigious IPGME&R and SSKM Hospital, Kolkata, and has previously served as Senior Resident in Internal Medicine at Government Medical College (GMC), Srinagar. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of glomerular diseases, acute kidney injury (AKI), chronic kidney disease (CKD), and electrolyte disorders. Dr. Muzzamil has significant experience in dialysis care, including both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, as well as in the management of kidney transplant recipients and donors.

His clinical experience encompasses emergency care, inpatient and outpatient services, and multidisciplinary management of complex renal conditions. In addition to his clinical work, he is actively involved in teaching and academic activities. His research interests include calcineurin inhibitor nephrotoxicity, nephrotic syndrome, and long-term outcomes in renal transplant patients.
