About Dr. Deepak Puri

Dr. Deepak Puri is a highly respected Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon with over 30 years of experience in advanced cardiac surgeries. Currently serving as Chairman – CTVS at Paras Health Panchkula, he has previously held senior leadership positions at Max Superspeciality Hospital, Fortis Mohali, IVY Healthcare, and as Assistant Professor at PGIMER Chandigarh.

He is an expert in Off-Pump (Beating Heart) Surgery, Minimally Invasive and Cardiac Surgery, complex heart failure surgical management, and advanced Uniportal VATS procedures. Dr. Puri has also trained internationally in heart-lung transplantation, advanced coronary interventions, and endovascular surgeries, and is recognized for pioneering regenerative therapies in ischemic heart failure.

With over 87 research publications, numerous national and international awards, and a commitment to training young doctors and promoting cost-effective heart disease prevention, Dr. Puri is among the most trusted cardiac surgeons in Asia.
